From Alumni to Leaders: ESCALA Launches Alumni Advisory Councils in Mexico and Peru

ESCALA has established Alumni Advisory Councils in Peru and Mexico. The purpose of these councils is to incorporate the perspectives of former ESCALA participants and strengthen the program through their insights and lived experiences. Through this initiative, we reaffirm our commitment to continuously improving ESCALA and to strengthening businesses and leadership across communities.

The Alumni Advisory Council in Mexico is composed of eight alumni from different cohorts across the country:

Diana Olivar de la Cruz (Acapulco, Guerrero) - ESCALA 2021

Martha Patricia Vásquez Anaya (Morelos) - ESCALA 2022

All of our members have different businesses from various fields. And they are already working on possible partnerships for ESCALA. Also, they played a major part in hosting the visit of the board members last December in Mexico.
