At the beginning of April, we launched the ESCALA 2026 Program. The selection process for this cohort was highly competitive with more than 2700 applications from Mexico and Peru.

This year’s cohort brings together entrepreneurs from diverse sectors, including food, textiles, services, and many more, representing different regions across both countries.
In this selection process, participants demonstrate strong potential for growth and a clear commitment to strengthening their businesses and self development. Throughout the program, they will engage in hands-on training in key areas such as finance, marketing, management and organization, while also benefiting from mentorship, peer learning, and a supportive community.
ESCALA has a strong track record of supporting entrepreneurs since 2019. Our alumni results speak for themselves: 88% grew their sales (15% by over 30%), 28% generated employment for others, and 96% boosted digital sales channels, among other impressive metrics. At ESCALA, we are looking forward to the tangible impact this new cohort will generate in the months ahead.
